Terms of Service

By accessing or using Yalla DJ Music (operated by Yalladj FZE), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use our services. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

When you create an account, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and up-to-date information.
• Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential.
• All activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

When you purchase music from Yalla DJ Music:

• All prices are displayed in AED with approximate currency conversion shown for reference.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
• Upon successful payment, your files are usually available to download immediately; in some cases delivery may take up to 30 minutes. You can re-download them from your account for 14 days from the date of purchase.
• After 14 days, re-download from the website is no longer available. Any files you have already downloaded are yours to keep. We recommend downloading and backing up your files promptly.
• Digital purchases are generally non-refundable once delivery has begun, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law. Please refer to our Refund Policy.

When you purchase music from us, you receive a personal use license. This means:

• You may listen to and use the music for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You may use purchased tracks in live DJ performances, live-streamed DJ sets, and private DJ mixes.

You may NOT:

• Upload, share, or distribute the music files on any platform (YouTube, SoundCloud, social media, file-sharing sites, etc.).
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the music files in any form.
• Use the music in commercial projects, advertisements, or broadcasts without a separate commercial license.
• Claim ownership of any track purchased from Yalla DJ Music.

VIP is a single all-access membership. By subscribing:

• You get access to 70+ exclusive tracks per month across our three private WhatsApp groups — Khaleeji, International, and Wedding — plus early releases and a VIP store discount.
• You will be billed on a recurring basis according to your chosen duration. The applicable price and renewal terms are displayed before purchase, and subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel future renewals anytime from your account.
• New tracks are delivered through our private WhatsApp groups. After subscribing, it is your responsibility to contact us using the “Join via WhatsApp” button in your account so we can add you — we add members promptly once your message reaches us.
• Your subscription period runs from the payment date, whether or not you have messaged us to join the groups.
• Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
• VIP content and WhatsApp group access are subject to the same personal use restrictions as purchased music. We may restrict or remove access to VIP groups if a member violates these Terms or applicable group rules.

You agree not to:

• Share, leak, or redistribute any music or VIP content.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access our website.
• Attempt to bypass payment, download restrictions, or security measures.
• Harass, spam, or disrupt other users or our team.
• Use our platform for any illegal activity.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service.
• Share or redistribute purchased music or VIP content.
• Engage in fraudulent activity or chargebacks.
• Use the platform in a way that harms our business or other users.

In the event of termination, you will lose access to your account, purchases, and any active VIP subscription. No refund will be issued for accounts terminated for violations of these Terms, except where required by applicable law.

All music, artwork, branding, website design, and content on Yalla DJ Music are either owned by Yalladj FZE or provided under licenses that permit us to offer them through our platform. No ownership rights are transferred to you. Unauthorized use of our content may result in legal action.

Yalla DJ Music is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do our best to ensure the site runs smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free downloads, or that all content will remain available indefinitely.

We may suspend or discontinue all or part of the service where reasonably necessary, including for legal, security, technical, or operational reasons. Where applicable, we will take reasonable steps to address any prepaid subscription period affected by such discontinuation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yalladj FZE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from the use of the platform or digital content. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date, and where appropriate, we may provide additional notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the UAE.

Yalladj FZE
