All products on Yalla DJ Music are digital. Digital purchases are generally non-refundable once delivery has begun, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.

Because our products are digital files delivered electronically, please preview tracks carefully before purchasing and make sure your device and software meet the stated compatibility requirements.

VIP subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. The applicable price and renewal terms are displayed before purchase, and you can cancel future renewals anytime from your account.

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law. When you cancel, you keep full access to VIP content and WhatsApp groups until the end of your current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.

Group access is provided after you message us via the Join via WhatsApp button in your account. A delay in sending that message does not extend your subscription period.

Our system is designed to prevent duplicate purchases. If you are logged into the same account, the website will notify you if you have already purchased a song before completing the transaction. For this reason, we do not issue refunds for duplicate purchases.

If a purchased file is corrupted, defective, inaccessible, or materially different from its description, contact our support team at Support@yalladj.com.

For verified technical issues, we may provide a replacement file, a corrected download, or other appropriate remedy where applicable.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us directly may result in your account being permanently suspended. If you have any concerns about a charge, please reach out to us first at Support@yalladj.com so we can resolve it.

In rare cases, we may consider exceptions at our sole discretion. If you believe you have a unique situation, contact us at Support@yalladj.com and we will review your case.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
